MindFull is an application crafted to assist users in identifying anxiety symptoms while providing a platform for daily journaling. By analyzing trends in stress and anxiety, users can adopt a more proactive approach to developing self-care strategies tailored to their needs.

Developed in collaboration with a licensed therapist, this app focuses on managing stress, anxiety, and overall wellness. It enables users to track both physical and emotional symptoms experienced throughout the day, facilitating a deeper understanding of personal health patterns. Such insights can play a pivotal role in enhancing overall wellbeing. Notably, all data is stored locally on the device, ensuring privacy and security against marketing exploitation.

The app features an animated graph that visualizes data over weekly, monthly, or yearly intervals. Users can easily identify their most severe, frequent, and mild symptoms during these periods. Additionally, customizable filters allow users to choose which symptoms to display on the graph, offering clear insights into the number of occurrences and average severity ratings of each symptom.

Symptoms are rated on a scale from 'None' to 'Very High,' enabling users to accurately reflect their experiences. The magnitude of symptoms is represented visually; taller bars on the graph correspond to greater severity.

MindFull categorizes symptoms into two groups: ten physical symptoms and ten emotional symptoms. The physical symptoms tracked include:

 <li>Shortness of breath</li>

 <li>Disruption of sleep</li>
</ul>

The emotional symptoms assessed by the app are:

 <li>Feeling angry</li>
 <li>Feeling sad</li>
 <li>Difficulty paying attention</li>
 <li>Excessive worrying</li>
 <li>Feeling overwhelmed</li>
 <li>Feeling of hopelessness</li>
 <li>Panic</li>
 <li>Fear</li>
 <li>Jumpiness/edginess</li>
 <li>Avoidance</li>
</ul>

All symptoms begin with a default rating of 'None,' allowing users to bypass irrelevant experiences. Furthermore, the app includes an option for users to add notes regarding significant events or factors contributing to their anxiety. Such journaling not only chronicles progress over time but also enhances mindfulness by encouraging reflection on positive experiences.
