- Stomach ache
- Loss of appetite
- Disruption of sleep
The emotional symptoms assessed by the app are:
- Feeling angry

- Difficulty paying attention

- Feeling overwhelmed
- Feeling of hopelessness
- Panic
- Fear
- Jumpiness/edginess
- Avoidance
All symptoms begin with a default rating of 'None,' allowing users to bypass irrelevant experiences. Furthermore, the app includes an option for users to add notes regarding significant events or factors contributing to their anxiety.
